Abstract

Po vibracijskem preizkusu s temperaturnim profilom se je na izbranem elektro motorju pojavila povečana zračnost med prednjim ležajem in ležajnim mestom na ohišju. Cilj naloge je bil zmanjšati deformacijo ležajnega mesta. Snovali smo več konstrukcijskih rešitev in nato izdelali najboljše med njimi. Izdelanim prototipom smo pomerili hrup in vibracije, jih testirali in analizirali. Izboljšali smo stanje površin v kontaktu ležaja in ohišja, ter zmanjšali poškodbo. Ugotovili smo, da samo meritve hrupa in vibracij niso merodajne za vrednotenje poškodbe na sestavi celotnega motorja.

Secondary title: Design improvement of the bearing seat in the electric motor housing
Secondary abstract: After a vibration test with a temperature profile, the selected electric motor showed an increased clearance between the front bearing and the bearing seat on the housing. The goal of the task was to reduce the deformation of the bearing seat. Several design solutions were developed and then the best of them was produced. Produced prototypes were measured for noise and vibration, tested and analysed. We improved the condition of the bearing-housing contact surfaces and reduced damage. We found that noise and vibration measurements alone are not sufficient to evaluate the damage to the whole motor assembly.
