Abstract
Magistrska naloga obravnava implementacijo metode racionalne funkcije v obstoječi odprtokodni programski paket za eksperimentalno modalno analizo znotraj programskega okolja Python, imenovan sdypy-EMA. Odprtokodna implementacija metode racionalne funkcije uporabnikom paketa sdypy-EMA omogoča dostop do dodatne metode za zanesljivo identifikacijo modalnih parametrov pri modalnih analizah. Raziskovalno delo je zajemalo preučevanje teoretičnega ozadja metode racionalne funkcije, njeno implementacijo v programskem jeziku Python, izvedbo eksperimentalne modalne analize na realni strukturi z uporabo novo implementirane metode in primerjavo rezultatov z drugimi metodami modalne identifikacije. Ugotovili smo, da se modalni parametri, določeni z metodo racionalne funkcije, zelo dobro ujemajo s tistimi, ki jih identificirajo druge metode, in da je implementacija metode racionalne funkcije v programski paket sdypy-EMA smiselna. Uporabnikom namreč prinaša več možnosti izvedbe modalne identifikacije, omogoča pa tudi primerjavo rezultatov dveh različnih metod, s čimer se poveča zaupanje v pravilnost izračunanih modalnih parametrov.

This thesis deals with the implementation of the Rational Fraction Polynomial method into the existing open-source software package for experimental modal analysis within the Python programming environment, called sdypy-EMA. The open-source implementation of the Rational Fraction Polynomial method allows users of the sdypy-EMA software package to access an additional method for reliable identification of modal parameters. The research work consisted of studying the theoretical background of the Rational Fraction Polynomial method, implementing it in the Python programming language, performing an experimental modal analysis on a real structure, and comparing the results with other modal analysis identification methods. It was concluded that the modal parameters identified by the Rational Fraction Polynomial method correlate closely with those identified by other methods, and that the implementation of the Rational Fraction Polynomial method in the sdypy-EMA software package is reasonable. It provides users with more options when performing modal identification and also allows the comparison of the results of two different methods, thus increasing confidence in the accuracy of the calculated modal parameters. |
