Abstract

Servomotor je osnoven del mehatronskih sistemov pri katerih potrebujemo zaprto zančno krmiljenje. Sestavljen je iz aktuatorja, ki je običajno električni motor, absolutnega pozicijskega kodirnika in krmilnika. Izdelan servomotor je sestavljen iz koračnega motorja, magnetnega kodirnika, gonilnika motorja ter mikrokrmilnika. Narejen je bil program z grafičnim vmesnikom, ki preko serijske povezave nadzira vrtenje servomotorja. Testirana je bila ponovljivost rotacij, čas branja kota ter hitrost.

Secondary abstract: The servomotor is a basic part of mechatronic systems that require closed-loop control. It consists of an actuator, which is usually an electric motor, an absolute position encoder and a controller. The constructed servomotor consists of a stepper motor, a magnetic encoder, a motor driver, and a microcontroller. A program with a graphical interface has been developed which controls the rotation of the servomotor via serial communication. Servomotor was tested for repeatability of rotations, the angle reading time and speed.
