diplomsko delo Visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa I. stopnje Strojništvo - Projektno aplikativni program
Abstract

Analysis of the influence of high pressure and pulsating high pressure cooling lubrication fluid supply in turning |
Secondary abstract: |
The thesis presents an analysis of the influence of high-pressure and pulsating high-pressure supply of cooling-lubricating fluid during turning. The experiments were carried out on the titanium alloy Ti6Al4V, which due to its mechanical properties is one of the more difficult machining materials. During the experiments, we measured the temperature on the cleavage surface, cutting forces, collected chips and measured the flow of cooling-lubricating fluid. For the sake of comparison, we also carried out experiments with dry treatment and treatment with classical casting and compared the obtained results. We have found that with highpressure and pulsating high-pressure coolant supply, we achieve a lower temperature on the cleavage surface, complete control over the creation of chips and use less coolant. |
