diplomsko delo
Abstract
Namen diplomskega dela je bil pregledati, optimizirati in izvesti postopke za pripravo liganda in srebrovih kompleksov, katere sta v določeni meri že prej raziskovala Andrej Gruden v magistrski nalogi in Marko Bunarkić v diplomski nalogi. Pridobljene produkte sem okarakteriziral z metodami, kot so jedrska magnetna resonanca, masna spektrometrija, elementna analiza in rentgenska strukturna analiza. Uspelo mi je sintetizirati nekaj želenih produktov, vendar je, zaradi prisotnosti nečistoč, potrebna njihova nadaljnja obdelava, preden bodo primerni za uporabo v nadaljnjih raziskavah.

The purpose of the thesis was to review, optimize, and carry out the procedures for the preparation of ligands and silver complexes previously investigated by Andrej Gruden in the master's thesis and Marko Bunarkić in the undergraduate thesis. The obtained products were characterized using methods such as nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectrometry, elemental analysis, and X-ray structural analysis. I successfully synthesized some desired products, but due to the presence of impurities, further processing is needed before they are suitable for use in further research. |
