    Abstract
 
Za kakovostna dimenzijska merjenja v proizvodnem procesu potrebujemo točne merilne naprave. Ker pa z nekaterimi merilnimi napravami ne moremo izmeriti izdelka, bodisi je prevelik, težak ali pa bi meritve raje opravili na drugi lokaciji, smo za diplomsko delo izbrali vpeljavo prenosljive merilne roke za dimenzijska merjenja v proizvodni proces. V eksperimentalnem delu smo izbrali vzorec, ga izmerili s tremi različnimi merilnimi napravami in naredili medsebojno primerjavo. Na podlagi izračunov in ostalih kriterijev smo prišli do zaključka, da prenosljiva merilna roka lahko nadomesti obstoječe, že uveljavljene merilne naprave.

            For high-quality dimensional measurement in the production process we need accuracy measuring devices. However there can occure some problems with measuring devices, either the product is to big, heavy, or we would rather take the measurements at other location. That is why we chose for our diploma thesis the introduction of a portable measuring arm for dimensional measurements in the production process. In the experimental part, we selected a sample that we measured with three different measuring devices and made a comparison with each other. Based on the calculations and other criteria, we came to the conclusion that the portable measuring arm can replace the existing already established measuring devices. |
