Abstract

Podatke sem kvalitativno analiziral in napisal rezultate.

Secondary title: Non-governmental mental health organizations in the pandemic COVID-19
Secondary abstract: In my thesis, I examined the mental health work of non-governmental organizations during the pandemic COVID -19. In the theoretical introduction, I first focused on the timeline of the pandemic COVID -19. Then, I described how social work was practiced during the pandemic and how the pandemic affected social workers and clients. Later, I described the alternatives used in social work during the pandemic and the role of information and communication technology. Finally, I described mental health during the pandemic and non-governmental organizations in Slovenia. The aim of the research was to determine what impact the pandemic had on the work of non-governmental organizations and on clients. In my thesis, I conducted qualitative research and conducted five semi-structured interviews with professionals from the non-governmental mental health organizations Altra, Ozara, and Šent. I used an interview guide as a measurement tool. I analyzed the data qualitatively and presented the results. I found that the pandemic severely affected the work of mental health nongovernmental organizations. Professionals faced restrictive policies that went into effect during the pandemic. The work during the pandemic was arduous and many necessary adjustments had to be made to include clients in the community.
