Abstract

V diplomski nalogi sem študirala pretvorbe aminov z N-trifluorometiltiosaharinom pri čemer so nastali N-trifluorometiltio substituirani amini. Testirala sem različne amine kot so aromatski, heteroaromatski in alifatski. V literaturi sem našla reakcijske pogoje za uvedbo SCF3 skupine v amine in jih tudi sama preizkusila. Reakcije sem izvedla najprej v manjšem merilu (0,2 mmol), v primeru uspešnega poteka pa tudi v večjem merilu (5 mmol). Vse produkte sem očistila s flash kromatografijo, jih posušila na rotacijskem uparjalniku ter izvedla vse potrebne analize (HRMS, NMR, IR, tališče). Potek reakcij sem spremljala s TLC. Produkte sem na koncu prepihala z dušikom, jih dobro zatesnila in shranila v hladilnik.

Secondary title: Functionalization of amines with N-trifluoromethylthiosaccharin
Secondary abstract: In my thesis, I studied the conversion of amines with N-trifluoromethylthiosaccharin, resulting in N-trifluoromethylthio substituted amines. I tested different amines such as aromatic, heteroaromatic and aliphatic. In the literature, I found the reaction conditions for the introduction of the SCF3 group into amines and tested them myself. I first performed the reactions on a smaller scale (0.2 mmol), and in case of success, also on a larger scale (5 mmol). I purified all products with flash chromatography, dried them on a rotary evaporator and performed all necessary analyzes (HRMS, NMR, IR, melting point). I monitored the course of the reactions with TLC. At the end, I flushed the products with nitrogen, sealed them well and stored them in the refrigerator.
