Abstract

Prispevek prikazuje razvojno os nastanka pisav in različnih zapisov v jugovzhodnem Mediteranu ter razvoj lastnih pisav in književnosti pri južnoslovanskih narodih na primeru srednjeveških pravnih besedil, ki potrjujejo obstoj različnih jezikovnih oblik in diskurzov v slovanski literarni tradiciji.

Secondary abstract: The paper describes the development of writing and the appearance of diverse written records in the Southeast Mediterranean. The development of distinct writing and literature among South Slavic nations is described through examples of medieval legal texts. Those examples are proof for the existence of different lingual forms (formats) and discourses in the Slavic tradition.
