(Ivo Svetina: Tibetanska knjiga mrtvih, Dane Zajc: jagababa)
Abstract
Razmišljanje opozarja na povezavo med slovensko sodobno dramatiko in vzhodno filozofijo. Analizirati želi drami Tibetanska knjiga mrtvih Iva Svetine in Jagababa, zadnje delo Daneta Zajca, v povezavi s "tibetansko sveto knjigo življenja in smrti", imenovano Bardo Todol. Posebna pozornost bo namenjena Zasmrtju (Sidpa bardo), vmesnemu stanju med smrtjo in ponovnim rojstvom, kjer se razkrijeta človekova pozitivna in negativna karma.

This discussion points to the connection between modern Slovene drama and the Eastern philosophy. It analyses The Tibetan Book of the Dead, a drama by Ivo Svetina, and Jagababa, the last work of Dane Zajc, drawing attention to their connection with the Tibetan holy book of life and death - Bardo Thodol. Particular attention is paid to the "After-Death" (Sidpa bardo), the intermediate state between death and the next rebirth, which reveals man's positive and negative karma. |
