Abstract

Diplomsko delo z naslovom Analiza pogojev za izvajanje gibalnih dejavnosti v mestnih in podeželskih vrtcih je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili cilje gibalno športne vzgoje v vrtcu, izobrazbeno strukturo vzgojiteljev, vlogo permanentnega izobraževanja, normative za izvajanje gibalnih dejavnosti v vrtcih, vlogo vrtca pri razvijanju gibalnih kompetenc otrok, možnosti za izvajanje športnih dejavnosti v mestnem in podeželskem okolju in vpliv okolja bivanja na razvoj gibalnih kompetenc. V empiričnem delu smo uporabili deskriptivno in kavzalno-ne eksperimentalno metodo. Z anonimno anketo, ki smo jo razdelili vzgojiteljem v različnih vrtcih, smo pridobili podatke, ki smo jih statistično obdelali. V anketi je sodelovalo 229 vzgojiteljev iz mestnega in podeželskega okolja. Od tega 150 vzgojiteljev iz mesta in 79 vzgojiteljev s podeželja. Namen raziskave je ugotoviti razlike med mestnimi in podeželskimi vrtci v pogojih za izvajanje gibalnih dejavnosti. Ugotovili smo, da v podeželskih vrtcih nimajo posebnega notranjega prostora za izvajanje gibalnih dejavnosti, zato večinoma uporabljajo zunanje vadbene površine; da so vzgojitelji v mestnih vrtcih z opremljenostjo športnih pripomočkov zadovoljni in je ta dobra; da se vzgojitelji podeželskih vrtcev z nižjo stopnjo izobrazbe pogosteje udeležujejo strokovnih seminarjev s področja športa kot tisti z višjo izobrazbo; da vzgojitelji mestnih vrtcev z višjim nazivom bolj pogosto oz. redno spremljajo strokovno literaturo s področja športa, kot tisti z nižjim nazivom in da se vzgojitelji z daljšo delovno dobo v večji meri vključujejo v različne športne projekte ter delujejo zunaj vrtca kot vzgojitelji s krajšo delovno dobo.

Secondary abstract: The present thesis entitled Analysis of the conditions for implementing motor activities in urban and rural kindergartens consists of theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part introduces objectives of the motor and physical education in the kindergarten, the educational structure of pre-school teachers, the role of permanent education, standards for implementation of motor activities in the kindergartens, the role that kindergartens have in developing children's motor skills, opportunities for sports activities in urban and rural areas and the impact of the residence surroundings on the development of motor skills. In the empirical part we used descriptive and non-experimental casual method. By distributing the anonymous survey among pre-school teachers in various kindergartens we collected data that were statistically analyzed. 229 pre-school teachers from urban and rural environment participated in the survey. 150 pre-school teachers came from the city and 79 of them came from rural areas. The purpose of this research was to determine the differences between urban and rural kindergartens in the conditions for implementing motor activities. We discovered that rural kindergartens do not have a specific interior space for implementing motor activities. They have to use external training surfaces. Pre-school teachers in urban kindergartens are satisfied with the sports equipment, which is adequate. Pre-school teachers in rural areas with lower education levels attend professional seminars on sport more frequently than those with higher education levels. We also discovered that pre-school teachers in urban kindergartens with higher professional title monitor the scientific literature on sport more frequently than those with lower professional title. Pre-school teachers with longer working experience are more involved in various sports projects and also operate outside the kindergarten than those with shorter working experience.
