Abstract

V svojem diplomskem delu smo se posvetili analizi jeklene hale z vključeno žerjavno progo, pri čemer sem zajel statično analizo. Konkretno smo preučevali konstrukcijo jeklene hale, katere dimenzije znašajo 48,0 m x 25,0 m, z višino 10,0 m. Za izvedbo analize smo izhajail iz določenih dimenzij hale in specifikacij mostnega žerjava. Uporabili smo jeklo kakovosti S 355. V okviru naloge smo izvedli dimenzioniranje jeklene konstrukcije, talne plošče in tudi temelje. Dimenzije temelja so 2,5 m x 2,5 m, izdelan pa je bil iz armiranega betona C 25/30, pri čemer smo uporabili armaturo tipa B 500. Pri izračunih smo upoštevali obremenitve, ki jih povzročajo sneg, veter, delovanje žerjava ter potres, skladno s predpisi SIST EN 1990-1998. Kot zaključek naloge smo tudi predstavili količino porabljenega jekla ter strošek za izdelavo jeklene hale.

Secondary title: Resistance analysis of a steel hall with an overhead crane at a high altitute location
Secondary abstract: In the diploma work, we focused on the analysis of a steel hall with an integrated crane runway, covering both static and dynamic analysis. Specifically, we examined the structure of a steel hall with dimensions of 48.0 m x 25.0 m and a height of 10.0 m. To perform the analysis, we based it on specified hall dimensions and overhead crane specifications. We used S 355 grade steel. Within the scope of the project, we conducted the dimensioning of the steel structure, floor slab, and the foundations. The foundation dimensions are 2.5 m x 2.5 m, constructed from reinforced concrete C 25/30, with the use of B 500 grade reinforcement. In the calculations, we considered loads caused by snow, wind, crane, and seismic effects, following the SIST EN 1990-1998 regulations. As a conclusion of the project, we also presented the quantity of consumed steel and cost of the steel structure.
