Abstract

Rezultat dela je naprava, ki uspešno izvaja vse opisane funkcije in uporabniku omogoča intuitivno in preprosto uporabo.

Secondary title: Microcontroller based ventilation system for industrial electrical enclosures
Secondary abstract: The thesis covers the design, development and implementation of a ventilation controller for industrial applications that require adequate cooling of the interior of electrical enclosures. To ensure suitability for industrial conditions, all electronic components used in the device comply with industry standards. The purpose of the device is to regulate the speed of the fans, which is controlled by varying the effective voltage. The aim is to provide efficient cooling of industrial electrical enclosures, while at the same time extending the lifetime of the fan filters. These filters are essential to prevent dust particles from entering the interior of the enclosure. At the heart of the control system is a microcontroller that monitors and controls the operation of the system and allows communication with a programmable logic controller (PLC) from Siemens. The user interface is implemented using an LCD display and keys that allow the user to set the desired reference temperature. In addition, the device has a built-in wireless module that allows real-time temperature monitoring via the ThingSpeak platform. The device is manufactured on a printed circuit board and is housed in a DIN-rail mounting enclosure, which facilitates installation. The result of the work is a device that successfully performs all the described functions and allows the user to use it intuitively and easily.
