Secondary abstract: | This thesis discusses the technology and design of a bag filter with pulse jet cleaning, which is used for filtering flue gases generated during biomass combustion. The main objective of the task was to structurally and computationally design the bag filter and create its 3D model. We started with the quantity of flue gases produced by a boiler with a nominal power of 1100 kW. The entire process continued with the selection of filter cartridges and determining their filter area before we could begin developing the design of the bag filter. This phase required calculations and in-depth research of existing solutions in the field of flue gas filtration. All of this was crucial to ensure the effective operation of the filter and its adaptation to the specific needs of the boiler room. |
