Abstract

V diplomskem delu z naslovom Pedagoški vidiki rejništva so v teoretičnem delu predstavljeni sistem rejništva, rejniška družina in dolžnost njenih članov, med katere sodi tudi obvezno izobraževanje in usposabljanje rejnikov. Pri opisu rejništva sta v ospredju predvsem rejenec in rejnik, predstavljene so njune dolžnosti in namen ter ureditev rejništva. V zadnjem poglavju teoretičnega dela je opisano izobraževanje in usposabljanje za rejnike. Oboje je zelo pomembno, saj pomaga rejnikom pri kvalitetnem izvajanju rejništva. V empiričnem delu je predstavljena raziskava na območju Ptuja, katere namen je bil dobiti vpogled v usposabljanje in izobraževanje rejnikov ter njihovo mnenje o tem, kaj je na tem področju dobrega in kaj bi lahko spremenili. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da rejniki že vrsto let izvajajo rejništvo in da imajo v rejniški družini do tri rejence. Za rejništvo so se odločili predvsem zaradi želje pomagati otrokom, katerim je otežen razvoj v lastni družini. Zagotovljeno je bilo tudi, da rejniki redno obiskujejo izobraževanja in da so zadovoljni z organizacijo in izvajanjem ter vsebino tega.

Secondary abstract: The objective of the present diploma thesis entitled Pedagogical perspectives of foster care is the system of foster care, which is presented in the theoretical part of the thesis, the foster family and the duties of its members, including the obligatory education and training of foster parents. The description of foster care focuses mostly on the foster child and on foster parents, discussing their duties as well as the purpose and regulation of foster care. The last chapter of the theoretical part gives an insight into the education and training of foster parents. Both measurements are considered very important, since they help foster parents to provide quality foster care. The empirical part of the thesis includes a research, which was carried out in the Ptuj area. The purpose of the research was to give an insight into the education and training of foster parents as well as to show their opinion on this matter, namely what they consider positive and what could be changed. The results of the research indicated that the participating foster parents have been providing foster care for many years and that they are fostering up to three children in their foster family. The reason for an active participation of these parents in foster care is mostly their wish to help children who experienced a difficult development in their own family. The participating parents were also offered the opportunity to regularly attend educational classes. Finally, they were satisfied with the organisation, implementation and the content of the educational programme.
