Abstract

Nova oblika družbene proizvodnje, imenovana deljena proizvodnja, integrira delitveno ekonomijo v inteligentne proizvodne sisteme. Povečuje širino in globino souporabe virov ter omogoča integracijo družbene proizvodnje, kar samoorganiziranim ljudem omogoča, da sodelujejo v produktivnih dejavnostih prek peer-to-peer partnerstva. Zaključna naloga analizira deljeno proizvodnjo skupaj z industrijo 4.0 in servitizacijo, dvema glavnima temama v razvoju proizvodnje. Na podlagi tega sta koncept in definicija deljene proizvodnje ponujena na podlagi storitvene hierarhije, ki vključuje storitev-izdelek (PSS), sistem konfiguracija-storitev (CSS) in sistem viri-storitve (RSS), da se zmanjša kompleksnost operacij. V zaključnem delu smo analizirali metodični pristop k vzpostavitvi in vodenju kooperativnih procesov, potrebnih za uspešno sodelovanje podjetij in na koncu deljeno proizvodnjo podkrepili s primeri za različne tipe industrij.

Secondary abstract: A new form of social manufacturing, called shared manufacturing, integrates the sharing economy into intelligent production systems. It increases the breadth and depth of resource sharing and enables the integration of social manufacturing, allowing self-organized people to participate in productive activities through peer-to-peer partnerships. The thesis analyzes distributed manufacturing together with Industry 4.0 and servitization, two main topics in the development of manufacturing. Based on this, the concept and definition of shared manufacturing is proposed based on a service hierarchy that includes product-service system (PSS), configuration-service system (CSS), and resource-service system (RSS) to reduce the complexity of operations. In the final part, we analyzed the methodical approach to the establishment and management of cooperative processes necessary for the successful cooperation of companies and finally supported the shared production with examples for different types of industries.
