Abstract

V okviru diplomske naloge je bila za podjetje na primeru kontrolne enote letalskih vrat izdelana analiza možnosti izboljšanja procesa sestave. Opisano je področje avtomatizacije proizvodnih procesov. Predstavljen je obstoječ proces in po sklopih razdeljen na posamezne operacije ter njihov analitični preračun. Na koncu je narejena primerjava dobljenih vrednosti in preračunov z vrednostmi optimiziranega proizvodnega procesa. Rezultat diplomskega dela je izboljšati proces sestave elektronskih sklopov, ki jih podjetje izdeluje.

Secondary abstract:	Within the scope of the thesis I analysed the possibilities of improving the assembly process using the example of an aircraft door control unit. I described the field of automation of production processes. I presented the existing proces and divide into stages operations and analytical recalculations. Finally, a comparison is made between the obtained values and calculations with the values of the optimized production process. The result of this diploma paper is to improve the assembly process of electronic circuits manufactured by the company.
