diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa
Abstract
V diplomskem delu obravnavamo relevantno teorijo o ERP-sistemih, njihovo definicijo, razvoj ob koncu 20. stoletja in v sodobno dobo ter ključne metode implementacije, ki temeljijo na lokalnem gostovanju ali gostovanju v oblaku, pojasnjujemo strukturo trga ERP glede na predlagane segmente potrošniških podjetij, ki jih določata velikost, kompleksnost podjetja ter njegovih poslovnih procesov.
Prav tako preučujemo, kako lahko podjetje uporabi več parametrski odločitveni model za izbiro optimalnega ERP-sistema, njegove vrste gostovanja in posledično strategije implementacije. Izdelan več parametrski odločitveni model, ki je narejen v programu za večparametrsko odločanje, Logical Decisions, upošteva tehnične, stroškovne in ponudnikove kategorije dejavnikov, porazdelitev vrednosti teh kategorij dejavnikov pa je določena z letnim prihodkom proučevanega podjetja. Vrednost pod kriterijev vsake kategorije je prilagojena potrebam izbranega podjetja, kar omogoča, da model doseže optimalen rezultat.
Izbrani ERP-sistemi za odločitveni model so Odoo Enterprise, Odoo Community, Microsoft Dynamics 365 in SAP S/4HANA. Podjetja za testiranje modela so izmišljena in niso povezana z nobenim obstoječim podjetjem, vsako podjetje pa spada v drug tržni segment za uvedbo ERP-sistemov. Z uporabo večparametrskega modela smo dosegli relativno optimalno izbiro najbolj optimalnih ERP-sistemov in strategij implementacij za vsako podjetje, vendar je treba pri končni izbiri ERP-sistema ne glede na optimalno izbiro odločitvenega modela upoštevati stroškovne faktorje in tehnične funkcije ERP-sistema.

Decision model for ERP selection and implementation strategy |

This thesis investigates the relevant theory on ERP systems, how they are defined, their development through the late 20th century and into the modern age and key implementation methods based on local or cloud hosting, we explain the structure of the ERP market and its proposed consumer company segments which is defined by the size and complexity of the company and its business processes.
We also examine how a company could use a multi-parameter decision-based model to select an optimal ERP system, its hosting type and consequentially its implementation strategy. The constructed multi-parameter decision-based model which is made in the multi-criteria decision making software Logical Decisions takes into account technical, cost and provider criteria, the values of which are determined by the examined company's yearly income. The value of the subcriteria of each category is tailored by the selected company's needs, allowing the model to reach an optimal conclusion.
The selected ERP systems for the selection model are Odoo Enterprise, Odoo Community, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and SAP S/4HANA. The companies for testing the model are fictional and are unrelated to any existing company and each company belongs into a different market segment for ERP implementation. Through the use of the multi-parameter model, we reached relatively optimal selection of most optimal ERP systems and implementation strategies for each company but the final choice of ERP selection should no matter which selection model is used be made by taking into account the differences in costs and technical specifications of a ERP system. |
