diplomsko delo
Abstract
Zaključno delo zajema opis analize postopka, načrtovanje avtomatizacije, konstruiranje električnega postrojenja, izdelavo stroja in pripravo programa v ustreznem programskem okolju.
Predstavljeni sta programski okolji EPLAN Electric P8, namenjeno načrtovanju električnega postrojenja, in LOGO!Soft Confort, namenjeno izdelavi programske opreme za delovanje stroja.
Tretje poglavje zajema postopke načrtovanja strojne opreme.
V zadnjem delu predstavimo končno delovanje stroja s prikazom uporabe.

Secondary abstract: |
With the ever-evolving industry, which over the years has become less dependent on humans, with the desire to reduce errors, increase reproducibility, speed and user safety, the need arose in the company to automate the process of transforming tinned copper ferrule.
The thesis includes a description of process analysis, automation planning, electrical setup construction, machine manufacturing and program preparation in a suitable programming environment.
The thesis consists of six chapters. The first gives the reason for building the machine and includes the definition of the task, the objectives and anticipated problems.
The second chapter covers the theoretical bases, which we have learned in order to be able to complete the project. Process analysis, the software environments EPLAN Electric P8, intended for the planning of electrical installations, and LOGO!Soft Confort, intended for the creation of software for machine operation, are also described.
The third chapter covers hardware design procedures. Design consists of reviewing data sheets and selecting components.
The aim of the fourth chapter is to present the main cues that enabled the creation of the final program, which we loaded onto the previously selected programmable logic controller.
The fifth chapter describes the final operation of the machine with a demonstration of use.
In the conclusion, we reflect on the results achieved, whilst working on the project, in reference to the goals written in the introductory chapter. After the machine was built, it was handed over for use in industry. Simultaneously we give ideas for further work on the project or possible upgrades on the machine, which have later appeared during prolonged use in the industry. |
