    Abstract

Sintetizirala sem tri bakrove(II) spojine z anionom 5-sulfosalicilne kisline (= H3L = C7H6O6S) in piridinamidom (apy) v vodi.

            | Secondary abstract: | Three copper(II) compounds were synthesized with an anion of 5-sulfosalicylic acid (=H3L= C7H6O6S) and pyridinamide (apy) in water. Three different pyridineamides with the amide group at positions 4, 3 or 2 of the pyridine ring were applied. The structure of the compound {[Cu(HL)(4-apy)(H2O)2]ּ 2H2O}n has already been determined. The powder diffractogram of compound 1 matches the calculated diffractogram of this known compound. On the other hand, no such mathes for the compounds 2 and 3, neither any another known compound in this system was found. According to the elemental analysis, formula Cu(HL)(2-apy)(H2O3) is assigned to the compound 2, while Cu(HL)(3-apy)ּ2 2H2O to the compound 3. The IR spectra of the compounds 1-3 are very similar, all in agreement with the proposed formulae and thus with the same or almost identical ligands, The absorbed red light of the compounds 1-3, seen in the UV-Vis spectra, is consistent with the complementary green color of the three isolated compounds. |
