Abstract

V diplomskem delu želimo predstaviti potek, razvoj in aktualno stanje spletnega portala, ki bo omogočal uporabnikom medsebojno tekmovanje videoposnetkov v najrazličnejših aktivnostih. Cilj je bil ustvariti konkurenčen spletni portal, ki bo zadovoljil potrebe uporabnikov. Za razvoj smo uporabili številne programske jezike in knjižnice, vključno z JavaScriptom, Reactom, Node.js in drugimi. Za varno, odzivno in zanesljivo shrambo videoposnetkov in ostalih vsebin smo se zanesli na tehnologije in orodja kot so PostgreSQL, Prisma, Express.js, Github in podobno. Za obdelavo izvorne kode, uporabniških videoposnetkov in oblikovanje spletnega portala smo uporabili programsko opremo Visual Studio Code, Vegas Pro, Adobe Photoshop in Figma. S pomočjo SWOT analize smo ocenili, da rešitev v celoti izpolnjuje zastavljene cilje, ki pa jih je mogoče še nadgraditi v prihodnosti.

Secondary title: A web portal for user video contests
Secondary abstract: In our graduation thesis, we aim to present the progress, development, and current state of our web portal, which enables users to compete with each other in a wide variety of video activities. The primary goal was to create a competitive web portal that would meet users' demands. For development, we utilized various programming languages and libraries, such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, and others. To ensure safe, responsive, and reliable storage of videos and other content, we relied on technologies and tools like PostgreSQL, Prisma, Express.js, Github, and more. For processing the source code, user videos, and designing the web portal, we have used software such as Visual Studio Code, Vegas Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma. Through a SWOT analysis, we assessed that the solution fully aligns with the previously defined goals, which still have room for future improvements.
