Abstract
Konflikti so del našega vsakdanjika, pojavljajo pa se tako v privatnem kot tudi v službenem delu življenja. V vsaki organizaciji se soočamo s konflikti, da omogočimo boljše delovanje organizacije, pa je pomembno, da konflikte pravilno managiramo. Namen raziskave je preveriti kakšne tipe managementa konfliktov uporabljajo zaposleni v organizaciji ter ali in kako vodje konflikte managirajo. Na podlagi rezultata vidimo, da.v tej organizaciji prevladuje kultura izogibanja, zato predlagamo, da bi se tako zaposlene kot vodje poučili o pravilnem managiranju konfliktov, ki bi na dolgi rok prineslo boljšo kulturo v organizaciji.

Conflicts are a part of our everyday life, and they appear in private as well as in our professional life. In every organization we face conflicts, and in order to enable the organization to function better, it is important to manage conflicts properly. The purpose of the research is to understand what types of conflict management is used by employees in the organization and whether or how managers manage conflicts. Based on the result, we see that in this organization prevails a culture of conflict avoidance, so we suggest that both employees and managers should learn how to properly manage conflicts, which could lead to a better culture in the organization in future. |
