Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo želeli ugotoviti, kako pomembna je uporabniška izkušnja pri oblikovanju grafičnega vmesnika, da je ta uporabniško usmerjen oz. enostaven, aplikativen in prijeten za uporabo ter vizualno privlačen. V teoretičnem delu naloge smo razložili in pojasnili, kaj je uporabniška izkušnja, ključne elemente za razumevanje sistema ter dejavnike, ki vplivajo na njo. V tem delu smo opisali in določili tudi tehnike, ki se uporabljajo za zbiranje podatkov o izkušnjah in mnenjih uporabnikov; nato smo pojasnili uporabniški vmesnik ter pomembnost in vpliv oblikovanja (dizajna) na uporabnike in njihova čustva. V empiričnem delu smo anketirali 50 ljudi glede njihove uporabniške izkušnje pri uporabi grafičnih vmesnikov ter na osnovi tega naredili interaktivni prototip spletne strani podjetja TIM IT. S pomočjo teoretičnega in empiričnega dela diplomske naloge smo odgovorili na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja in hipoteze.

Secondary abstract: In the diploma thesis, we wanted to find out how important user experience in the design of a graphic interface, so that it is user-oriented, or easy, applicative and pleasant to use and visually attractive. In the theoretical part of the task, we explained what user experience is, the key elements for understanding the system and the factors that influence it. In this part, we also described and defined the techniques used to collect data on user experiences and opinions; then we continued to explain the user interface and the importance and impact of design on users and their emotions. In the empirical part, we surveyed 50 people about their user experience when using graphic interfaces and based on this, we made an interactive prototype of the TIM IT website. With the help of the theoretical and empirical part of the thesis, we answered the research questions and hypotheses.
