Abstract

Diplomska naloga obravnava temo zasnove soseske za skupnostno bivanje ob Jurčkovi cesti v Ljubljani. Teoretični del ponuja vpogled v zgodovinsko podlago, oblikovalska načela ter trajnostne in družbene vidike sobivanja. Pri oblikovanju urbanistične zasnove so uporabljena načela Christopherja Alexandra, smernice Katie McCamment in Charlesa Durretta ter sodobni referenčni primeri. V ospredju zasnove je poudarek na kreiranju skupnosti, kar je vidno tako v oblikovanju stavb kot tudi v zunanjih površinah.

Secondary abstract: The thesis deals with the design of a neighbourhood for community living along Jurčkova cesta in Ljubljana. The theoretical part provides an insight into the historical background, design principles and sustainable and social aspects of coexistence. Christopher Alexander’s principles, Katie McCamment and Charles Durrett’s guidelines and contemporary reference examples are used in the urban design. The focus on creating community is at the forefront of the design and is evident in both the design of the buildings and the external spaces.
