Abstract

V diplomski nalogi z naslovom Urbanistična zasnova medgeneracijske skupnosti na območju Dolnic sem želela zasnovati sosesko z različnimi starostnimi skupinami. Diplomska naloga je nadgradnja urbanističnega projekta, ki je nastal pri predmetu Urbanistično projektiranje 3 pri mentorju doc. dr. Matevžu Juvančiču. Namen naloge je zasnovati skupnost, ki povezuje različne generacije. Oskrbovana stanovanja sem tako združila s stanovanji za družine. Načrtovala sem dnevni center, v katerem bodo aktivnosti namenjene vsem generacijam. Za živahen vrvež sem vključila vrtec in dodala trgovino, da bo najnujnejše na dosegu roke. Okolje sem povezala z zelenjem, z vrtovi in visokimi gredami. Za vzdrževanje dobre kondicije stanovalcev in obiskovalcev sem dodala še trim stezo, za sproščeno domače vzdušje pa pašnike. Z zasnovo medgeneracijske skupnosti želim ustvariti okolje, kjer bodo starejši aktivno uživali v starosti, mlajše generacije pa se bogatile z modrostjo starejših.

Secondary abstract: In my thesis Urban design of an Intergenerational Community in the area of Dolnice I wanted to design a neighbourhood with different age groups. The thesis is a upgrade of the project made in the course Urban Planning 3 under the mentor of doc. dr. Matevž Juvančič. The aim is to design a community that brings together different generations. So I designed assisted living apartments with housing for families. I planned a day centre with activities for all generations. I’ve included a kindergarten for a lively bustle and added a shop to keep essentials close at hand. I have connected the environment with greenery, with gardens and garden beds. I added a trim trail to keep residents and visitors in good shape, and pastures for a relaxed, homely atmosphere. By designing an Intergenerational Community, I want to create an environment where the elderly actively enjoy their old age and the younger generations are enriched by the wisdom of the elderly.
