Abstract
Osnovni namen raziskave je ugotoviti, ali obstaja povezava med dejavniki zdravega načina življenja in zaznano stopnjo stresa učiteljev. On tem smo želeli odkriti, ali obstaja povezanost stopnje zaznanega stresa učiteljev z njihovimi sociodemografičnimi podatki, zadovoljstvom s poklicem in s prostočasnimi dejavnostmi. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili termin stres, pri čemer smo se bolj osredotočili na stres pri učiteljih, vpliv zdravega načina življenja na doživljanje učiteljevega stresa in na pretekle rezultate raziskav s področja ''stres pri učiteljih''. V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela smo aplicirali in vrednotili anketni vprašalnik, ki smo ga razdelili med vzorec učiteljev srednjih in osnovnih šol vzhodne Štajerske. Zajemal je 101 učitelja, od tega 79 žensk in 22 moških. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da med zadovoljstvom v poklicu, zdravim načinom življenja, koristnimi prehrambnimi, vsakdanjimi navadami, stopnjo organiziranega dela, kakovostnim preživljanjem prostega časa z družino in stopnjo stresa obstajajo negativne, statistično pomembne korelacije. Ugotovili smo tudi, da ni statistično pomembnih razlik v doživljanju stopnje stresa učitelja, glede na njegovo starost in spol.

Basic purpose of research was to reason out if there is a connection between factors of healthy way of life and detected stress rate of teachers. We wanted to find out also if there is a connection between a level of detected stress of teachers and their social-demographic data, satisfaction with their profession and their free time activities. Diploma paper consists of theoretical and empirical part. We determined the term stress in the theoretical part, where we focused mainly on the stress of teachers, the influence of healthy way of life on experiencing teacher's stress and on last results of researches from the field "stress at teachers". We were applying and evaluating a questionnaire in the empirical part of the diploma paper. We distributed the questionnaires among sample of teachers of middle and primary schools of eastern Štajerska. It included 101 teachers, from them 79 women and 22 men. Results of the research indicated that there exist negative and statistically important correlations between the stress rate and the satisfaction in the profession, healthy way of life, useful nutritional and everyday habits, the level of organized work and qualitative spending of free time with family. We also found out that there are no statistically important differences in experiencing the rate of stress at teachers, considering their age and gender. |
