Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava religiozno vsebino v poeziji Srečka Kosovela. Osredotočam se na slovenskega pesnika, pri katerem tovrstna vsebina zajema obsežen del njegovega opusa. Iz primarnih virov razbiram pesnikov pristop do religije. Zatem obravnavam analize Franca Zadravca, Vladimirja Truhlarja in Tarasa Kermaunerja in ugotavljam, kako so dojemali Kosovelovo religiozno poetiko. Z lastno analizo celotnega Kosovelovega pesniškega opusa poskušam izluščiti vso religiozno motiviko in ugotavljam, da Srečko Kosovel krščansko tematiko pogosto in pogojeno z lastno versko izkušnjo vpleta v svojo poezijo.

Secondary title: Religious motifs in Srečko Kosovel’s poetry
Secondary abstract: This thesis deals with religious content in poetry. I focus on the Slovenian poet Srečko Kosovel, whose religious content encompasses a substantial part of his opus. I research the poet's approach towards religion from primary sources. I consult the analyses by Franc Zadravec, Vladimir Truhlar and Taras Kermauner and attempt to determine their comprehension of Kosovel's religious poetics. With my own analysis of Kosovel's complete works I extract every religious motif and discover that Srečko Kosovel weaves Christian themes in his poetry fairly often, mostly determined by his personal religious experiences.
