Abstract

V magistrskem delu pogledam stanje na področju vključevanja uporabnikov v proces preobrazbe zavoda na primeru pilotnega projekta Dezinstitucionalizacija CUDV Črna na Koroškem. V teoretičnem delu predstavim tematike institucionalizacije in dezinstitucionalizacije, opišem načela procesa preobrazbe in predstavim metode dela, ki so ključnega pomena, da lahko uporabniki dosežejo enakovredno vključevanje v procese preobrazbe in tudi na splošno v družbo na širše. Po teoretičnem uvodu oblikujem glavna raziskovalna vprašanja, na katera z raziskavo odgovorim. V empiričnem delu nato z analizo zbranega gradiva predstavim trenutno stanje vključevanja uporabnikov v proces preobrazbe Centra v Črni. Glavni poudarek je na zapisnikih uporabniških skupin in fokusnih skupin, da se pridobi dejanski vpogled z vidika uporabnikov storitev. Rezultati pokažejo trenutno sliko vključevanja uporabnikov v procese zavoda. V zaključku predstavim, kako so bili uporabniki storitev v pilotnem projektu vključeni v načrtovanje in izvajanje procesa ter kakšni so lahko naslednji koraki na tem področju, tako za CUDV Črna kot ostale zavode, ki se na to pot podajajo.

Secondary abstract: In master's thesis, I look at the situation in the field of user involvement in the transformation of the institution, using the example of the pilot project Deinstitutionalisation of CUDV Črna na Koroškem. In the theoretical part, I present the topics of institutionalization and deinstitutionalization, describe the principles of the transformation process, and present work methods that are of key importance so that users can achieve equal inclusion in transformation processes, as well as in society in general. After the theoretical introduction, I formulate the main research questions, which I answer through the research. In the empirical part, I present the current state of user involvement in the transformation process of the Center in Črna through the analysis of the collected material. The main focus is on user group and focus group minutes to gain real insight from the direction of service users. Through the results, the current picture of the involvement of users in the institution's processes can be seen. In the conclusion, I present how service users were involved in the planning and implementation of the process in the pilot project itself, and what the next steps can be in this area, both for CUDV Črna and the other institutions that are embarking on this path.
