Abstract
Diplomska naloga z naslovom "Model načrtovanja kariere v Podjetju X" se osredotoča na analizo kariernega razvoja v izbranem podjetju ter izgradnjo ustreznega modela za usmerjanje kariernih poti zaposlenih. Cilj naloge je bil pridobiti vpogled v ovire in motivacijo zaposlenih za načrtovanje kariere ter na podlagi teh spoznanj oblikovati učinkovit model načrtovanja kariere. Na podlagi pridobljenih spoznanj je bil razvit model načrtovanja kariere v Podjetju X. Ta model vključuje smernice, priporočila in možnosti napredovanja, ki so razumljive zaposlenim. Poleg tega je model prilagojen za spodbujanje notranjega napredovanja ter omogoča razvoj veščin in kompetenc zaposlenih skozi različne horizontalne in vertikalne poti. Ustrezen model načrtovanja kariere ima ključno vlogo pri motiviranju zaposlenih, izboljšanju njihovega zadovoljstva ter ohranjanju talentov v organizaciji. Podjetje X lahko s pravilno implementacijo tega modela ustvari stimulativno in spodbudno delovno okolje ter pospeši rast ter razvoj svojih zaposlenih.
V sklepnem delu naloge so podani konkretni predlogi za izvajanje modela načrtovanja kariere v Podjetju X skupaj z ukrepi za izboljšanje obstoječega sistema kariernega razvoja. Ustrezna implementacija tega modela bo podjetju omogočila boljšo usmeritev kariernih poti zaposlenih ter dolgoročno pripomogla k njihovi rasti in uspehu organizacije.

The thesis titled "Career Planning Model in Company X" focuses on analysing the situation of career development within the company and developing an appropriate model for guiding employees' career paths. The objective of the study was to gain insights into the obstacles and motivations of employees and based on these findings, create an effective career planning model. The research was conducted by analysing Company X and gathering perspectives from employees. The results revealed that the company already implements some human resource development methods, such as regular interviews and counselling. However, it was identified that there is a need to improve the clarity and transparency of the career development system and provide greater support to employees in their progression. Based on the acquired insights, a career planning model was developed for Company X. This model encompasses clear guidelines and advancement opportunities that are easily understood by employees. Additionally, the model is tailored to promote internal progression and facilitates the development of skills and competencies through various horizontal and vertical paths. An appropriate career planning model plays a crucial role in motivating employees, enhancing their job satisfaction, and retaining talent within the organization. Through the proper implementation of this model, Company X can create a stimulating and supportive work environment that accelerates the growth and development of its employees.
The concluding part of the thesis provides concrete recommendations for implementing the career planning model in Company X, along with measures for improving the existing career development system. The successful implementation of this model will enable the company to better guide employees' career paths and contribute to their long-term growth and the overall success of the organization. |
