Abstract
Namen diplomskega dela je bilo preučiti varnost in zasebnost potrošnikov pri spletnem nakupovanju. Ker je spletno nakupovanje močno naraslo zadnja leta, so se na spletu pojavile množične prevare, te smo podrobneje opisali v diplomskem delu. Namen je opozoriti kupce glede varnosti in zasebnosti pri spletnem nakupovanju, da bi se zavarovali pred morebitnimi spletnimi prevarami. Tekom diplomskega dela smo uporabili naslednji metodi: metoda deskripcije (s katero smo opredelili osnovne pojme ključne za razumevanje obravnavane tematike) ter metodo analize. Opravili smo kvantitativno raziskavo – anketo. V zaključnem delu smo odgovarjali na raziskovalna vprašanja, ki smo si jih zastavili pred izvedeno raziskavo. Na podlagi tega smo prišli do zaključka, da obstajajo nekatere razlike glede zasebnosti in varnosti pri spletnem nakupovanju med starejšimi in mlajšimi potrošniki. Priporočili bi, da bi se podobne raziskave izvajale redno vsaj 1x letno, saj bi s tem dobili pogled kako se mnenja različnih starostnih skupin razlikuje skozi leta.

Security and privacy in online shopping from the consumer's perspective |
Secondary abstract: |
The purpose of the thesis was studying how safe and private online shopping is for consumers. Online shopping has become very popular recently, and this has led to a lot of scams on the internet, which we described in detail in the thesis. The aim is to alert buyers to safety and privacy in online shopping to protect themselves from potential online scams. We used two methods in our thesis: description (with which we defined the basic concepts for understanding the topic at hand) and the method of analysis. We conducted a quantitative research - a survey. In the final part, we answered the research questions that we set before the research was carried out. Based on this, we came to the conclusion that there are some differences in privacy and security in online shopping between older and younger consumers. We recommend that similar research should be carried out regularly at least once a year, as this would give us a view of howthe opinions of different age groups differ over the years. |
