Abstract

Merilna celica, opisana v nalogi, predstavlja namizno, modularno alternativo tovrstnim napravam.

Secondary title: High-Precision laser sensor system in an automated measuring cell
Secondary abstract: The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to detail the development of a concept and to present the results of building and programming a laser sensor system in an automated measuring cell for measuring the dimensions and surface finish of products or tools, using two laser displacement sensors by SICK of the series OD5000. The cell includes a four-jaw lathe chuck, in which the object is fixed, as well as a fixed and an actuated sensor on a linear guide. The chuck and the linear guide are both actuated with stepper motors. At the press of a button, a measurement algorithm is run, upon which we obtain the dimensions and surface finish of scanned surfaces of a test object. Quality inspection devices that can measure dimensions as well as surface finish are usually great in size and non-modular. The measuring cell, presented in the thesis, represents a portable, modular alternative to such devices.
