Komparativna analiza orodij za vodenje projektov

Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo v začetku predstavili definicijo projekta in preučili zgodovino projektnega vodenja. V nadaljevanju smo opredelili metode projektnega vodenja, jih bolj podrobno opisali in predstavili prednosti ter slabosti teh metod. Za lažje razumevanje smo v nadaljevanju opredelili orodja za projektno vodenje, opisali vrste orodij, predstavili funkcije, ki bi jih morala orodja za projektno vodenje vsebovati, in nato predstavili prednosti uporabe takšnih orodij. V diplomskem delu smo prav tako na kratko opisali obstoječa orodja in predstavili kategorije, s katerimi smo nato ocenili manjši izbor teh orodij. Za konec smo še predstavili prednosti in slabosti izbranih orodij.

Secondary abstract:	In the thesis, we initially presented the definition of the project and studied the history of project management and defined it. In the following, we defined project management methods, described them in more detail and presented the advantages and disadvantages of these methods. For easier understanding, we further defined project management tools, described the types of tools, presented the functions that project management tools should contain and then presented the advantages of using such tools. In this thesis, we also briefly described the existing tools and presented the categories with which we subsequently evaluated a small selection of these tools. Finally, we presented the advantages and disadvantages of the selected tools.
