Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava konstruiranje tritočkovnega vpetja za žitno sejalnico. V delu so predstavljene različne vrste vpetij, njihove prednosti in slabosti. Začetek naloge obravnava informacije o podjetju Lagerhof d.o.o. in predstavitev projekta. Sledi opis zahtev katere so bile podane s strani podjetja in analiza tržišča. V nadaljevanju so predstavljene različne variantne rešitve, katere smo ovrednotili in na podlagi ocen izbrali najprimernejšo variantno rešitev za nadaljnji razvoj. Modeliranje in konstruiranje posameznih sestavnih delov vpetja ter rezultati trdnostne analize so predstavljeni proti zaključku magistrskega dela. Magistrsko delo se zaključi z opisom izdelave prototipa in testiranja.

Secondary abstract: The master thesis deals with the design of a three-point hitch for a sowing machine. The thesis presents different types of three-point hitches, their advantages and disadvantages. The beginning of the thesis deals with information about the company Lagerhof Ltd. and a description of the problem. This is followed by a description of the requirements made by the company and an analysis of the market. The following section presents the alternative solutions which were evaluated and based on the evaluations the most suitable alternative solution was selected for further development. The modelling and design of the individual components of the hitch and the results of the strength analysis are presented towards the conclusion of the master's thesis. The thesis concludes with a description of the prototyping and testing.
