diplomsko delo visokošolskega študijskega programa Informacijska varnost
Abstract
V današnjem času, si nihče ne predstavlja življenja brez uporabe spleta, saj nam z vrsto funkcij, vsakodnevna opravila dostikrat olajša in omogoči hitrejši način izvrševanja nalog.

In today's time, no one can imagine life without the use of the Internet, because with a series of functions, everyday tasks are arranged much easier and enable us to perform tasks faster. With its development, the Internet has brought us many advantages, as well as disadvantages, threats that threaten users. These change and upgrade over time. Most users do not pay enough attention to threats and often underestimate them, which leads to security incidents that can cause enormous damage to users. In practice, in most cases, the human factor is still the most vulnerable link in any organization.
The use of the Internet for absolutely every task has become a "new reality" during the COVID-19 epidemic. For many at that time, the Internet was the only way to contact the outside world, as they were forced to stay at home and work remotely.
In the diploma thesis, we determined how the threat of phishing increased during the epidemic, how organizations prepared for it, and how proper training and regular training of employees affects the correct response in the event of an attack. We found that users have perceived an increase in threats, for which they are mostly well prepared and know how to react correctly in the event of an attack. In principle, the increase did not affect the encounter with the threat of impersonation for the first time, and the majority of organizations did not additionally train their employees to work from home. |
