Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava kondicijsko pripravo in prehrano mladih nogometašev, starih med 16 in 17 let. V študiji smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo za sistematičen pregled literature iz spletnih baz, kot so Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Pub Med in ScienceDirect. Vključili smo 94 virov, ki so izpolnjevali vključitvene pogoje, in analizirali celotno besedilo. Ugotovili smo, da je uspešnost nogometašev odvisna od ustrezne priprave skozi celotno sezono, pri čemer je treba upoštevati posameznikove potrebe in razvojne stopnje. Ključnega pomena je prilagajanje programov glede na mladostnikovo stopnjo rasti in dozorevanja ter uporaba visoko intenzivnega intervalnega treninga (VIIT) in visoko intenzivnih igralnih oblik (SSG) za izboljšanje vzdržljivosti. Poleg tega je treba upoštevati načrtovanje športne vadbe, periodizacijo in prilagoditev mikrociklov ter prehranske potrebe igralcev. Na podlagi pregleda literature smo pripravili načrt kondicijske priprave in primere obrokov, ki bodo podpirali učinkovito regeneracijo nogometašev ter zagotavljali potrebne hranilne snovi in energijo. Rezultati bodo koristili trenerjem pri oblikovanju dolgoročnih načrtov, ki bodo povečali uspešnost nogometašev, zmanjšali tveganje za poškodbe in izboljšali njihovo celostno dobro počutje.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis deals with the conditioning preparation and nutrition of young football players aged between 16 and 17 years old. In the study, we used a descriptive method for a systematic review of literature from online databases such as Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Pub Med, and ScienceDirect. We included 94 sources that met the inclusion criteria and analyzed the entire text. We found that the performance of football players depends on proper preparation throughout the season, taking into account individual needs and developmental stages. It is crucial to adapt programs according to the adolescent's growth and maturation stage and use high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and small sided games (SSG) to improve endurance. In addition, planning sports training, periodization, adjusting microcycles, and considering the nutritional needs of players is essential. Based on the literature review, we prepared a plan for conditioning preparation and examples of meals that will support effective regeneration of football players and provide necessary nutrients and energy. The results will benefit coaches in designing long-term plans that will increase the performance of football players, reduce the risk of injuries, and improve their overall well-being.
