Abstract

Diplomsko delo temelji na obsežnih raziskavah in opazovanjih proizvodnih procesov v podjetju Budič, d. o. o. Predstavi različne tipe proizvodnih procesov. V teoretičnem delu je obravnava uporabljene metode, kot je diagram poteka. Osrednji del diplomskega dela podrobno predstavlja analizo obstoječega procesa s pomočjo diagrama poteka in vzročno-posledičnega diagrama ter identificira njegove ključne značilnosti pred morebitno prenovo. Kot izboljšave predlaga organizacijske spremembe na delovnem mestu in investicijo v novo opremo za izdelavo sokov. Zaključek diplomske naloge se osredotoča na izbiro nove opreme, predstavitev pripadajočih stroškov ter izračun časa, v katerem se bodo ti stroški povrnili.

Secondary abstract:	This thesis is based on extensive research and observations of the production processes at Budič, Ltd. It introduces various types of production processes. In the theoretical section, the methods used are discussed, such as the process flow diagram. The central part of the thesis provides a detailed analysis of the existing process using process flow diagrams and cause-and-effect diagrams, identifying its key characteristics before potential improvement. As improvements, it suggests organizational changes at the workplace and an investment in new equipment for juice production. The conclusion of the thesis focuses on the selection of new equipment, presenting associated costs, and calculating the time for these costs to be recovered.
