Abstract

Cilj diplomske naloge je bil razviti ergonomsko delovno mizo, namenjeno za prostore proizvodnje podjetja Elrad Electronics d.o.o. V začetnem delu diplome je predstavljen obravnavan primer in kratka predstavitev podjetja. Kasneje smo z analizo obstoječih sistemov ter s sodelovanjem z zaposlenimi v podjetju izdelali zahtevnik. Ko smo imeli podane zahteve, smo začeli s koncipiranjem, kjer smo ugotovili, da bomo za uspešno konstruiranje, morali opraviti trdnostne preračune nekaterih nosilnih elementov. Preračuni so pokazali, da je bolje izbrati profilne sisteme večjih dimenzij, prav tako smo se s preračuni prepričali, da bodo izbrani vijaki ter podporni elementi ustrezno prenašali obremenitve. Na koncu smo v programskem okolju Solidworks zmodelirali 3D model končnega izdelka ergonomske delovne mize.

Secondary title: Development of an ergonomic workbench
Secondary abstract: Purpose of the thesis was to develop an ergonomic work desk intended for the production premises of the company Elrad Electronics d.o.o. The initial part of the diploma presents a case study and a brief presentation of the company. Later, by analyzing the existing systems and cooperating with the company's employees, we created a request form. Once we had given the requirements, we started with the conceptualization, where we realized that for a successful construction, we would have to carry out strength calculations of some supporting elements. The calculations showed that it is better to choose profile systems of larger dimensions, and we also made sure that the selected screws and supporting elements will adequately carry the loads, with calculations. In the end, we modeled the 3D model of the final product of the ergonomic workbench in the Solidworks software environment.
