Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava zadovoljstvo zaposlenih na Centru za socialno delo Pomurje. Cilj raziskovanja je bil ugotoviti zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v delovnem okolju z delovnimi pogoji, odnosi v delovni organizaciji, osebnim dohodkom, napredovanjem, možnostjo strokovnega razvoja, možnostjo soodločanja pri delu, uravnavanjem delovnega časa in obveznosti z družinskim življenjem, varnostjo in na kakšen način zaposleni sami prispevajo k večjemu zadovoljstvu na delovnem mestu. Zanimalo me je, na kakšen način vodstvo centra za socialno delo prispeva k zadovoljstvu zaposlenih.
