Primerjava kakovosti in cene dveh sistemov površinske obdelave notranjih vrat

Abstract

V lesnoindustrijskem podjetju želijo s spremembo postopka površinske obdelave znižati stroške izdelave notranjih vrat. Sedanji postopek površinske obdelave je tak, da obdelovanci skozi lakirno linijo potujejo dvakrat. Po novem bi, ob največjem možnem izkoristku, vrata prek valjčne nanašalne linije potovala le enkrat. S tem bi se stroški izdelave znižali, kakovost pa ostala nespremenjena ali pa bi se celo izboljšala. Primerjali smo rezultate obeh različnih sistemov nanašanja in ugotovili, da tehnološka sprememba površinske obdelave z enim prehodom skozi lakirno linijo ne poslabša kakovosti površinske obdelave vrat. Tudi stroški izdelave so pri novem sistemu nižji kot pri obstoječem tehnološkem postopku.

Secondary abstract:	Wood processing industrial enterprise wants to cut down costs of interior door manufacturing by changing the finishing process. The current finishing procedure consists of 2 passages through the roller coating installation. In the new procedure, only 1 passage would be performed, with a maximum possible effectiveness, reduceing the production costs. In this way, the quality would remain unchanged or even improved. The results of the both application procedures were compared. It was concluded that the proposed technological change with a single passage through the roller coating installation does not affect the quality of the surface coating system. Manufacture costs of new system are also lower than those of the current technological process.
