Abstract

Zimski vrtovi iz PVC-ja so zaradi ugodne cene in enostavnega vzdrževanja prevladujoči na trgu, vendar pa njihov estetski videz mnogim ne odgovarja. Zato želimo ponuditi trgu izdelek, pri katerem bo zunanja stran zagotavljala odpornost in obstojnost na atmosferilije ter s tem enostavno vzdrževanje in trajnost, notranja pa se bo zaradi lesene obloge prilagajala funkciji in estetiki prostora. Menimo, da bi z ustrezno konstrukcijo novega izdelka zapolnili tržno nišo, saj na tržišču še ni sistema, ki bi omogočal naknadno spremembo materiala na notranji strani zimskega vrta. Izdelali smo 3 različne vzorce lesene obloge, pritrjene na PVC konstrukcijo zimskega vrta. S testiranjem odpornosti smo ugotovili, kateri od 3 različnih razmikov med leseno oblogo in PVC profilom je najprimernejši. Pridobili smo tudi informativne ponudbe za zimski vrt iz 3 drugih materialov in jih cenovno primerjali z našim sistemom.

Secondary title: Development of wood wainscot for sunrooms
Secondary abstract: Having a reasonable price and requiring simple maintenance, PVC sunrooms prevail on the market. However, many customers do not approve of the aestetics of such sunrooms. Therefore, a new solution should be offered to the market. This new product has the external side assuring resistance to all weather conditions, and thus simple maintenance as well as sustainability. Thanks to its wood wainscot, the internal side is adapted to the function and the aestetics of the inner space. There is no existing system on the market assuring the additional change of material on the inner side of a sunroom. With a proper construction of the new product, this gap in the market would be filled. 3 different patterns of wood wainscot were formed and fixed to the PVC construction of a sunroom. By testing the resistance of the wood wainscot to climate changes, it was ascertained which of the 3 different gaps between the wood wainscot and a PVC frame is the most appropriate. For informational purposes, various offers for sunrooms made of 3 other materials were considered, and a price comparison to our system was made.
