Abstract

Sušilniki odpadnega mulja ponujajo velik potencial za boljšo ekonomičnost posameznih centralnih sušilnih naprav. V Sloveniji je ponudnik teh naprav podjetje Energo optima d.o.o., kjer so se odločili za izdelavo mobilne testne sušilne naprave na avtomobilski prikolici. S tem bi centralnim sušilnim napravam po Sloveniji pokazali namen in smiselnost dodatnih sušilnih naprav, ki bi zmanjšale stroške odvoza odpadnega mulja. V diplomski nalogi pa smo se osredotočili na pripravo zraka za sušenje odpadnega mulja. Analizirali smo potek zraka v sušilniku in sistemu za sušenje zraka ter določili potrebno moč za delovanje sistema za pripravo zraka. Določili smo tudi potrebno energijo, ki jo potrebuje toplotna črpalka za zagotavljanje potreb sistema za pripravo zraka.

Secondary title: Air preparation for a mobile machine for drying waste sludge
Secondary abstract: Waste sludge dryers can offer great potential for improved cost-efficiency of individual central drying facilities. In Slovenia, the provider for these devices is Energo Optima d.o.o., where they decided to manufacture a mobile test drying unit on a car trailer. They want to demonstrate to the central drying facilities throughout Slovenia the purpose of additional drying units that would reduce the costs of transportation of waste sludge. In the thesis, we focused on the air preparation for drying waste sludge. We analyzed the airflow in the dryer and the air drying system, and determined the required power for the operation of the air preparation system. We also identified the necessary energy needed by the heat pump to meet the requirements of the air preparation system.
