Abstract
Proučevali smo vpliv brušenja na lastnosti različnih površinskih sistemov. Raziskovali smo lastnosti akrilnega in poliuretanskega laka na javorjevi in bukovi podlagi. Merili smo hrapavost površine po skobljanju in 2 načinih brušenja, debelino utrjenega lak filma, sijaj laka in oprijemnost laka na podlago. Ugotovili smo, da z večanjem hrapavosti površine narašča oprijemnost laka na podlago; sijaj laka in debelina lak filma pa naraščata z manjšanjem hrapavosti površine.

Secondary abstract: |
Thesis discusses the influence of substrate sanding on properties of various surface systems. Some characteristics of acrylic and polyurethane coatings on maple and beech wood are determined. The roughness of wooden surfaces after planning and 2 different ways of sanding was measured, so as thickness of the dried coatings, gloss of coatings and their adhesion. It was found out that the adhesion of coatings enlarged by increasing of surface roughness. By reducing the roughness of wooden surfaces gloss of coatings and film thickness were increased. |
