Abstract
V zaključnem delu so predstavljeni razvoj, izdelava in testiranje prototipnega merilnega sistema za skeniranje bližnjega električnega in magnetnega polja. Merilni sistem je sestavljen iz mehanskega manipulatorja, sond za zaznavanje bližnjega električnega in magnetnega polja, predojačevalnika, merilne kartice za zajem amplitud analognih signalov do frekvence 1000 MHz in osebnega računalnika. Zajem visokofrekvenčnih signalov nizkih amplitud je implementiran z uporabo dveh mešalnih in dveh ojačevalnih stopenj ter analogno-digitalnega
pretvornika. Podsisteme krmili programirljivo polje logičnih vrat (Field Programmable Gate Arrays, FPGA). Z implementiranim sistemom so bile izvedene meritve bližnjega električnega in magnetnega polja v okolici mikrotraka ob vzbujanju z različnimi frekvencami. Dodatne meritve v okolici vezja STW81200-EVB so pokazale dobro zmožnost vizualizacije polja in lokalizacije izvorov elektromagnetnega polja na tiskanem vezju.

Secondary abstract: |
A prototype measurement system for electromagnetic near field scanning has been developed manufactured and tested. The measurement system consists of a mechanical manipulator, set of probes for detecting near electromagnetic field, preamplifier, measurement card with ability to measure signals of frequencies up to 1000 MHz and a personal computer. Capture of high-frequency signals of low amplitudes is implemented in by using two mixing and two amplification stages and an analog to digital converter. All subsystems are digitally controlled by an onboard FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Arrays). Using an implemented system, measurements of near electromagnetic field in vicinity of a microstrip were performed by evoking with different frequencies. Additional measurements were performed in vicinity of the circuit STW81200-EVB, which showed good ability of field visualization and localization of electromagnetic sources on the printed circuit board. |
