magistrsko delo magistrskega študijskega programa II. stopnje Strojništvo
Abstract
Podjetja stremijo k čim večji fleksibilnosti in čim manjšim stroškom, zato se pogosto odločajo za kombinacijo ročnih in avtomatiziranih proizvodnih celic v začetku življenjske dobe izdelka, ko je izdelek dozorel in imajo večja naročila zagotovljena, pa za popolnoma avtomatizirane linije. Zaradi tovrstnih sprememb proizvodne linije skozi življenjsko dobo izdelka, moramo pri zasnovi ročnih delovnih mest upoštevati tudi zahteve avtomatizirane proizvodnje. Najbolj pomembni zahtevi pri taki kombinaciji sta ergonomija in doseganje takta avtomatiziranega dela proizvodne linije.

Achieving cycle time at a manual workplace within a semi-automated line |
Secondary abstract: |
Companies strive for the greatest possible flexibility and the lowest possible costs, so they often decide to combine manual and automated production cells at the beginning of the product's life and a fully automated line when the product has matured and larger orders are guaranteed. The most important requirements for such a combination are ergonomics and achieving the cycle time of the automated part of the production line.To deal with such requirements, established methods of lean manufacturing, ergonomics and other methods for analyzing the assembly process are needed. The result of the thesis is a manual workplace for assembling the rotor, which takes into account the requirements of ergonomics to the greatest extent possible and to some extent achieves the cycle time of an automated production line. |
