Abstract

Izdelal sem stroj z obdelovalno površino 1300 mm × 900 mm, za pogon so bili zaradi nižanja stroškov uporabljeni koračni motorji brez zaprte zanke z dvema različnima načinoma pomika, s krogličnim vretenom in z jermeni.

Secondary abstract: The document presents the design, manufacture and simplified evaluation of the machine's performance. At the beginning, the history and basic idea of numerically controlled machines is described, it continues with the composition of the whole machine and description of individual components, and ends with a description of measurements and results. In the woodworking workshop, due to the large number of serial orders, there was a need for automation. Due to the wide range of work being carried out, the only logical solution was the assembly of a CNC machine. The requirements for the machine were as follows: a sufficiently large processing surface for door processing (width 90 cm) and the accuracy of processing finished products up to 0,3 mm. A machine with a working surface of 1300 mm × 900 mm was designed, for the drive, non-closed-loop stepper motors with two different modes of movement, with a ball screw rod and with belts, were used to reduce costs. Since the machine is primarily intended for processing wood, the latter consists of aluminum profiles and iron reinforcements. It turned out that the machine does not achieve the desired accuracy, which could be achieved with the described solutions. The finding was not known until the actual performance of the measurements, which enabled further optimization of the machine.
