Abstract

Zaradi zastarelosti strojne opreme poteka migracija na strojno in programsko opremo podjetja Beckhoff, ki bo omogočila posodobitev pedagoškega procesa. V diplomski nalogi smo povezali krmilnik Beckhoff CX7000 z učnimi modeli Fischertechnik in narisali električno vezavno shemo. Pravilnost električne vezavne sheme smo preverili z izdelavo demonstracijskega projekta, ki je vseboval usklajeno avtomatsko in ročno vodenje procesov na učnem modelu. Zgradili smo sistem za nadzor in zajem podatkov ter program, ki dva krmilnika poveže med seboj in z zunanjim svetom.

Secondary title: Process automation with Fischertechnik training models and Beckhoff controllers
Secondary abstract: Due to the obsolescence of hardware, a migration to Beckhoff's hardware and software is underway, which will enable the update of the educational process. In the thesis, we connected the Beckhoff CX7000 controller to Fischertechnik training models and drew an electrical circuit diagram. The correctness of the electrical circuit diagram was verified by creating a demonstration project that included synchronized automatic and manual control of processes on the training model. We built a system for supervisory control and data aquisition and a program that connects two controllers with each other and with the external systems.
