Abstract

Proučevali smo dielektrične lastnosti utrjenih lepilnih filmov v električnih poljih različnih visokih frekvenc (0,079 do 25,119 MHz) in pri 2 različnih vlažnostih utrjenih lepilnih filmov. Meritve smo izvedli za 2 vrsti polimerizacijskih lepil, namenjenih za visokofrekvenčno lepljenje. Poleg tekočih lepil smo pripravili tudi utrjene lepilne filme, ki smo jim izmerili dielektrične lastnosti: dielektrično vrednost in tangens izgubnega kota. Meritve smo opravili z merilno napravo Agilent 4285A Precision LCR Meter s pripadajočo sondo. Ugotovili smo, da je dielektrična vrednost utrjenih lepilnih filmov nekajkrat nižja (okoli 57 do 45 krat) kot pri tekočih lepilih, in da dielektrična vrednost utrjenih lepilnih filmov, proučevanih takoj po odvzemu iz lepilnega sloja, z naraščanjem frekvence pada, medtem ko je ta pri absolutno suhih lepilnih filmih približno konstantna. Tangens izgubnega kota pri obeh vrstah lepilnih filmov počasi pada do frekvence 5,012 MHz, nato pa z naraščanjem frekvence raste.

Secondary abstract: In electrical fields of various high frequencies (from 0.079 MHz to 25.119 MHz), dielectric properties of cured adhesive films with 2 different moisture contents were studied. 2 different types of polymer adhesives meant for high frequency gluing were measured. Dielectric properties, dielectric value and loss angle tangens, were measured on Agilent 4285a Precision LCR Meter apparatus with special probes. Results indicate that dielectric value of cured adhesive films is significantly lower (from 57 to 45 times) than that of the liquid adhesives. It was also noted that dielectric values for cured films taken directly from adhesive layers decrease in relation to increasing frequency, while the values for completely dried samples are more or less constant. Similarly, a decrease of loss angle tangens was observed for both types of adhesive films for frequencies up to 5.012 MHz. After that a rapid growth was observed.
