Abstract
ustrezno teoretično podlago in raziskovalnim procesom pristopilo k pripravi modela
managementa organizacij.

A model for HR processes in an era of digitalization and ageing workforces |
Secondary abstract: |
The study focuses on the field of human resources management, which is a very
important co-factor in the strategic development of organizations today. In connection
with the demographic and technological changes in society, a theoretical basis and a
research process were used to develop a model of HR processes, which is primarily an
original scientific contribution in the field of organizational sciences, and more
specifically in the field of HRM.
Population aging is a feature of virtually every country in the world and is a key factor in
shaping the operating conditions of organizations. The characteristics associated with
the management of organizations and touching upon the strategic functioning of human
resources management are also taken into account from the point of view of the age
component of employees. On the one hand, we are dealing with experienced employees
who make a constructive contribution to the efficient and effective functioning of
organizations, and, on the other, with working conditions that are determined by the
technological trend in the development of society and organizations, which often
outstrips the trend towards facing change from the point of view of employees who are
classified as older workers.
The question of how to approach human resources management, which, according to all
theoretical concepts and applied experience, is a strategic function of organizations, is
one that is primarily concerned with the implementation of human resources processes
and, secondly, with employees. The dimension of technology is also part of the overall
mosaic, as it has long since overtaken the administrative management of employees and
is also overtaking many parts of the way in which organizations operate.
The HR process model represents an innovation in the field of scientific research in the
organizational sciences. It is also a contribution as a strategic tool for organizations that
are integrating HRM into the mainstream management structure of their organizations |
