Rekonstrukcija stranskih vodilnih koles na stroju za pripravo aluminijastih kolobarjev

Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo s pomočjo računalniških simulacij analizirali os vodilnih koles cepilno pripravljalnega stroja alumijastih kolobarjev, kjer so se pojavljale razpoke na oseh. S pomočjo rezultatov numerične analize obstoječe osi smo ugotovili vzrok za nastajanje razpok, ter predlagali boljšo konstrukcijsko rešitev osi na podlagi rezultatov. Numerične simulacije smo izvajali s pomočjo programskega paketa PrePoMax, ki temelji na metodi končnih elementov.

Secondary title:	Reconstruction of side guide wheels on an aluminium coil preparation station
Secondary abstract:	In the thesis, the axle of the guide wheels of an aluminium coil splitting and preparation machine was analysed by means of numerical simulations, where cracks appeared on the axles. Using the results of the numerical analysis of the existing axle, we identified the cause of the cracks and proposed a better axle design solution based on the results. The numerical simulations were carried out using the finite element method based on the PrePoMax software package.
