Abstract

Diplomska naloga z naslovom Reševanje konfliktov v vrtcu s pomočjo igre je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo s pomočjo strokovne literature najprej opredelili, kaj konflikti sploh so, zakaj nastanejo in kako jih lahko najučinkoviteje razrešimo. V nadaljevanju smo nekaj pozornosti namenili igri, torej temu, kaj je igra, katere vrste iger poznamo, kako igre vplivajo na sam razvoj otroka in kakšno vlogo imajo pri igri vzgojitelji. Ker pa smo si za diplomsko nalogo izbrali praktično delo, smo na kratko opredelili še projektno delo, ki smo ga v vrtcu tudi izvedli. V empiričnem delu diplomske naloge smo zapisali svoja opažanja pri izvedbi projektnega dela v vrtcu. V okviru tega projektnega dela smo v vrtcu z otroki izdelali igro, s pomočjo katere so otroci samostojno poskušali reševati nastale medsebojne konflikte. Izdelavi te igre in njenemu preizkusu smo namenili pet dni. Najprej smo spoznali različna čustva, nato smo se pogovorili o aktivnostih, ki pomagajo pri reševanju konfliktov, ter jih narisali, tretji dan smo igro preizkusili s pomočjo konfliktnih situacij, naslednji dan so otroci ves dan sami uporabljali igro in zadnji, peti dan, smo skupaj izvedli še evalvacijo nastale igre.

Secondary title: Conflict resolution through the use of games in kindergarten classes
Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis with its title Conflict resolution through the use of games in kindergarten classes consists of theoretical and empirical work. In the theoretical part professional literature helped us to define what conflicts are, why they arise and how they can be resolved most effectively. In addition, attention was paid to the explanation of a game - types of games, the influence of games on child's development as well as educators' roles in the game were described. However, since practical work was chosen for our thesis, we also briefly defined the project work which was carried out in the kindergarten. In the empirical part our observations during the implementation of the project work in the kindergarten were recorded. As part of this project a game was created together with children from the kindergarten. Through the use of that game the children tried to solve and resolve any possible mutual conflicts independently. Five days were dedicated to the making and testing of the game. First, children learned about different emotions, then they were engaged in a conversation about activities that help solving conflicts, which was followed by their drawing activity. On the third day the game was tested in some conflict situations and the next day it was used by the children themselves throughout the whole day. On the last fifth day a joint evaluation of the game was performed.
